After a brief consultation, we will determine any specific or general goals. You will lie comfortably and fully-clothed on a massage table, while I tune into your body via gentle reiki and/or tuning forks. Sessions tend to flow intuitively from there, with the goal of cultivating a space where you can easily receive and release whatever is needed for optimal wellness.  Clients typically report feeling lighter and more balanced after a session.

Be gentle with yourself. Energetic healing works on the subtle layers and can be quite powerful. It’s not uncommon to notice continued shifts over the next few days.

Sometimes these shifts are felt physically as the body releases, and some experience “ detox” effects such as headaches, emotional sensitivity, irritability, sadness or anger, body aches, vivid dreams, as things realign….My intention is that these releases are easy and gentle.

And, be aware that many do not experience any unusual or negative detox. Know that healing is still occurring.

Regardless, here are some helpful tips following an energy session:

Ideally, bathe with Epsom salts or sea salt. If you aren’t a bath person, soaking your feet in water with Epsom salts or using a salt scrub in the shower can also be helpful.

Energy moves easier in water, so hydration is important. Be aware of your water intake and try to drink an extra glass of water following your session.

When difficult emotions or thoughts arise, try to see them objectively and breathe through it.

Please contact me if you have any questions at all after a session.

Like most novel things, you must experience them to understand and know how they work for you. Some respond very well immediately, while some nervous systems take a while to relax into the subtle vibrational techniques. Trying an introductory session will give you a good sense. If you are still unsure, an Immersion of three sessions typically is ideal to see how this modality works for you and your goals.

*There are some conditions that are cautioned for BT:

  1. If you have any medical implants, such as a pacemaker, Medtronic pump, neural implant, or other metal medical devices that could possibly be disrupted by vibrations.
  2. Pregnancy ~as potential detox effects have not been studied
  3. An active cancer diagnosis ~ your body is focused on major physical healing during this time, and any potential detox effects from tuning should be avoided

Please go here for more information regarding cautions and guidance.

All healing is self-healing, and everyone processes differently. While some things resolve easily, other layers may take more time.  Nonetheless, clients find that a series of three sessions booked close together- about a week apart gives them a good idea of how these modalities work for them.

Of course, this depends on your individual goals and intentions, but understandably, energy and vibrational work can be a bit mysterious to evaluate. Personally, I feel there is always more to release/deeper layers to access. And, just as one massage doesn’t clear up your body tension for the rest of your life, there is always more to let go of and realign. However, most get to a place where they feel complete and then trust their intuition to let them know when they want to come back for a tune up or a deeper series. Some start to spread out time between sessions to see how they do. Your body is intelligent and will guide you, however, this is also something we can evaluate together. All healing is self-healing, and I completely trust your body’s wisdom.

Biofield Tuning is a sound healing modality based on the premise that the human biofield – the energy field that surrounds and permeates our bodies – is inextricably connected with our conscious and subconscious mind, including all of our memories.  Disharmonies can be perceived as “dissonance” in our energy fields.   Biofield Tuning can help diminish and resolve this dissonance via sound and vibration, and in doing so, alleviate blockages and promote a sense of freedom, lightness, and overall well-being.
